TERMS OF SERVICE
I. Top Blog Lists (TBL) reserves the right to edit your blog listing for spelling and grammar mistakes. TBL does not accept blogs that are illegal, sexist, pornographic, gambling, movie downloads, mp3 downloads, pharmacy or racist in content. If your blog contains adult material, please clearly state it in your banner and description. Your banner should be in good taste and not cause noticeable performance issues to TBL. Repeat: Don't waste your time submitting pornographic sites, rapidshare, warez or links to these sites. TBL reserves the right to delete/modify any listing at any time without notice.
II. TBL accepts content in a blog format only. It does not accept spam sites. Spam sites are utterly useless and will be promptly deleted.
III. Maximum banner size is 468 X 60. If you don't have a banner, a default banner will be provided.
IV. Infrequently, TBL may send you an email regarding the status of the site. If you don't want the email, request that your listing be deleted.
V. Your blog must have a back link to TBL, AND it must be visible on the homepage. Ranking HTML code is provided upon signup. After 7 days of non-compliance, your site will be deleted.
VI. TBL is not responsible for the content of its external listings.
VII. Images and content featured on the TBL are copyright under their respective owners.

IX. No illegal, hate/racist, Rapidshare, Warez, Movies, Wallpaper, Made for Adsense/SEO/Adultfinder,or Porn websites. Site must have unique user generated content and not be some worthless splog.
